On the night of May 23rd, a record surge, 44 feet high, sped down the Blanco River, demolishing homes and businesses. The previous record was 32 feet in 1929. The relief effort to find the missing, provide food and shelter, medicine, laundry, clean the massive debris, is heroic. So many of our friends around the world have seen the news, and want to help. So, Blue Rock Studio and several Wimberley artists decided to get together on the 4th of June to play songs and rally friends online to support the effort.
Three hometown Wimberley artists traded songs and stories, and fans rallied around the world to assist the relief effort.
